A leading digital transformation partner in Cebu is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager. In this role, you will lead financial operations, ensure compliance with policies, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. We're looking for a dynamic leader with a strong financial background to drive operational efficiency and guide a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure timely, accurate results.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and offer actionable insights.
• Manage forecasts, budgets, and compliance with financial regulations (PEZA, SEC, BIR).
• Lead and mentor the finance team to align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors for audits and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 2-3 years in a managerial position.
• Proficient in financial software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
• Background in regulatory compliance - PEZA, SEC, BIR.

Work Setup: Full on-site during probation and hybrid (3 days on-site) after regularization

Schedule: Day shift/Mid-Shift
