We’reseeking a motivated apprentice to join our Finance team, supporting our LCH entity,a leading global clearing house providing clearing services to international clients. 

In this role,you’llcontribute to key operational activities across reporting, controls, treasury, and business partnering within the LCH business.

Eligibility

To be eligible you must beamaster'sstudentcurrentlypursuingorin the process of enrollingfora degreein Finance (Accounting and tax major), ideally with some exposure to corporate finance operations

Whatyou’llbe doing:

• Support the monthly accounting close, including balance sheet reconciliations and discrepancy checks

• Prepare analyses, studies, and supporting documentation for auditors and controllers

• Assistwith monthly regulatory reporting and tracking of reporting deliverables

• Contribute to the review, update, and improvement of departmental procedures

• Support process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability

• You should be currently pursuing adegree inFinance (Accounting and tax major)

• You will need to show excellent French and English written and verbal communication skills.

• You should have a demonstrable interest in financial markets, whichyou’vebuilt through your studies, workexperienceor extracurricular activities. 

• Proficiencyin Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power Query.

• We’re after people who are curious about data and like solving problems—if you enjoy digging into information and coming up with new ideas or solutions, you’ll fit right in.  

• Being able to see the bigger picture and make connections between different things is a great skill to have.

Recruitment Process:

• The first stage of the recruitment process involvesmaking an application andsubmittingyour resume.

• The next stage of the application process is an untimed Immersive Online Assessment. The assessment is designed to give you an insight into whatit’slike to work at LSEG.

• Thesecondstageis avideointerview whereyou will answer a series of questions using a strength-based-interview style

• The final stage is ahalf dayassessment centre which involvesseveraldifferent typesof exercises – further information is provided at the point of invite.
