We are seeking an experienced Finance & Analytics Manager to join our newly established Credit Company during its build-up phase. The role brings together three core dimensions — data analytics and business intelligence, financial control, and management reporting — supporting executive decision-making, business performance management, and regulatory readiness within a regulated credit institution environment.

This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role suited to a professional who combines strong analytical and data capabilities with solid financial control foundations, and who thrives in a fast-paced build-from-zero environment. The successful candidate will design and build scalable reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring capabilities from the ground up, working in close collaboration with the Qualco Group Finance Department and relevant business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Design, build, and own the company's analytics and dashboarding infrastructure, supporting operational, financial, portfolio, and strategic decision-making from day one;
• Analyse financial, operational, and portfolio data to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and business opportunities;
• Drive reporting automation, data consistency, and integration of reporting tools and data sources in collaboration with Technology and business teams;
• Own and establish data governance practices and structured reporting standards across the organisation;
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting pipelines; write and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Financial Control

• Design and build the financial control environment from the ground up — including financial controls, accounting processes, and internal reporting standards for a newly licensed credit entity;
• Own the period-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting processes;
• Safeguard data integrity and accuracy across financial systems and reporting outputs.

Management Reporting

• Build and own the company's financial and business KPI framework, aligned with strategic priorities and Group standards;
• Prepare recurring management reporting, dashboards, variance analysis, and performance insights for Management and Board-level reviews;
• Translate financial and operational data into clear, decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders.

Group & Regulatory Coordination

• Own the regulatory and supervisory reporting calendar towards the Bank of Greece (BoG), in coordination with Risk, Compliance, and other control functions;
• Act as a key coordination point between the Credit Company and Qualco Group Finance, Reporting, and business functions;
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology, Product, and Compliance teams to support business monitoring, portfolio reporting, and performance management.
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or another relevant field; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CFA) will be considered a plus;
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial control, management reporting, FP&A, business intelligence, or analytics roles; experience in a startup or scale-up build phase is strongly preferred;
• Experience within banking, fintech, credit servicing, financial services, or other regulated environments will be considered a strong advantage;
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, KPI design, budgeting, financial controls, and management accounting principles;
• Proven hands-on experience with Power BI (required) and SQL (required); exposure to additional data modelling or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, dbt) is a plus;
• Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated ability to build structured, scalable reporting frameworks independently;
• Experience operating within a group structure and collaborating with central finance or reporting functions will be considered a plus;
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and ability to communicate complex topics clearly to senior stakeholders;
• Comfortable designing and building processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment with high ownership, hands-on execution, and evolving priorities;
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
