We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Analyst to join our team, supporting credit card reconciliation and Property Management System (PMS) processes across our Hotel operations. This is a great opportunity to build expertise in payments, systems, and financial controls within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Perform daily credit card reconciliation and balancing across PMS and payment platforms (e.g., Adyen)
  • Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and variances
  • Support Front Office teams with PMS (OnQ) & (PEP) and payment-related queries
  • Deliver training and guidance to improve system knowledge and process adherence
  • Escalate issues via appropriate support channels and promote best practices
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardisation

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Interest in payments, finance, or hospitality systems
  • Good communication skills and confidence delivering training
  • Basic Excel skills and willingness to learn new systems (PMS, payment platforms)
  • Proactive, organised, and process-driven approach
