Meaningful Work From Day One

The incumbent will be responsible for the ON trade channel focusing on the performance at Net sales and gross profit for the entire portfolio. On top will support the team in COGS control and Brand expenses tracking and monitoring. Thus, he/she will have to work closely together with and act as a Business partner to other functions such as Sales and Marketing mainly, and supply chain when necessary.

This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Milan office / Fridays working from home)

What You Can Expect

  • Manage the ON trade channel, focusing on Net Sales and Gross Profit performance for the entire portfolio.

  • Support COGS control and track/monitor Brand expenses.

  • Act as a business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions.

  • Analyze and report on Net Sales at customer and brand levels.

  • Perform Profitability Analysis across the operational value chain.

  • Plan and update the annual budget for operationally relevant P&L sections in collaboration with FP&A.

  • Ensure commercial practices and policies are followed across departments.

  • Share best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer.

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the Italy Finance Team.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelors or equivalent degree in Business or Finance.

  • Minimum 3 years of post-degree experience in Controlling/Finance, preferably in the FMCG sector.

  • Fluent in Italian and highly proficient in English (speaking and writing).

  • Excellent MS Excel skills; good knowledge of Financial/ERP Systems (SAP) and BI/BW.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and conceptual/strategic thinking skills.

  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and influence skills.

  • Demonstrated financial acumen and integrity.
