Job Description

The Financial Analyst position can gain exposure to many of the company’s operating units and interact with a variety of functional areas within the company spanning various levels of the organization. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail, as well as a desire and ability to problem solve through complex financial situations is a must.

  1. Coordinate and execute Operational forecast and planning processes.
  2. Planning, budgeting, and forecasting for workforce, SG&A, and other non-operating expenses
  3. Developing and coordinating the annual incentive compensation budget process to ensure budgets are accurate and in alignment with the Company’s strategic goals and objectives
  4. Actively managing the incentive compensation budget adjustments to ensure accuracy is maintained throughout the year.
  5. Create and maintain financial models for forecasting and analytics.
  6. Track performance to forecast and pursue improvement opportunities.
  7. Finance business partner to support all functional areas with Ad Hoc request.
  8. Manage daily sales reporting.
  9. Prepare financial restatements.
  10. Prepare, load, and validate budget adjustments.
  11. Provide budget performance analysis to budget owners.
  12. Validate monthly budget data loads for accuracy.
  13. Participating in S&OP process providing improvements what represent better profitability to the business
  14. Execute responsibilities lawfully and according to company standards, which includes the company’s seven guiding values: integrity, people, service, quality, performance, innovation, and growth.

  1. FORMAL EDUCATION: (GENERALLY, IF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE, THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THREE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY ONE YEAR OF COLLEGE EDUCATION REQUIRED)
    1. Required:
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    1. Preferred:
  • Master's degree in Accounting or Finance or an MBA with a focus in Accounting, Finance or related field, CPA, or CMA Certification

  1. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
  2. Required:
  • 3 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with OneStream performance management software
  • English, needed to have conversations.
