A finance role? Or a true business partner role?
At Nando’s, it’s never just about the numbers.
It’s about the story behind them. The decisions they unlock. The impact they drive.
This isn’t your typical back-office analyst gig. You’ll sit right at the heart of the business - partnering with Commercial, Marketing and Leadership teams to shape strategy, influence decisions, and help our restaurants win.
And the best part? While this role is fully self-sufficient, there’s a clear pathway to step into a Finance Manager role as you grow your impact.

You’ll own and influence key financial decisions across P&L performance, gross margin optimisation, pricing, promotions and campaigns - helping turn big ideas into measurable results.
From new product launches (NPD) to existing product improvements (EPD), to campaign reviews and promotional planning, you’ll be right in the mix - modelling, analysing and guiding what success looks like.

Support Product Innovation: Partner on NPD & EPD - modelling financial outcomes and profitability
Turn Data into Insight: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights (no finance jargon!)
Shape Strategy: Influence commercial planning with evidence-based recommendations
Who You Are
You’re more than technically strong - you’re a connector, translator and influencer
You bring:
Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen - this is your bedrock
Confidence managing stakeholders across leadership and cross-functional teams
The ability to break down financial insights into clear, practical takeaways
A collaborative mindset - you love working with different people and perspectives
Patience and resilience - you know great outcomes take alignment
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Flexibility and agility - you adapt as the business moves
Strong communication and tech skills (Excel, BI tools, etc.)
Most importantly, you love being in roles where you can influence, partner and make a real impact - not just report on it.
