Job Identification:

We are now seeking for Collections Specialist to join Finance Service Center team in Group Office Finance. The main responsibilities and details of the position are shared below.

What We Expect:

• Works in a language-centric team striving for superior collection results.
• Provides high quality collections service in a timely manner to countries across CCI.
• End-to-end management of dispute requests, ensuring resolution through effective coordination with relevant teams.
• Negotiates with customers and records ‘promises to pay’ and subsequently monitors their execution.
• Drive end-to-end standard collections process across the CCI business.
• Highlights opportunities for process improvement.
• Supports the country change management processes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written English skills; knowledge of Turkish, Arabic or Russian will be considered an advantage.
• High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in ERP is essential and knowledge of SAP would be considered an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills to both internal and external customers.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Highly proactive; seeks continuous improvement in self and others.
• Goals and results orientated.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Assumes ownership and accountability.
