The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join our Neverfail Finance team on a 12-month secondment, based at our North Sydney Head Office.

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain, you'll play an important role in supporting Neverfail's Manufacturing and Logistics functions by delivering financial insights, maintaining strong governance, and partnering with operational leaders to improve business performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking to broaden their commercial experience within a leading FMCG business. Joining Neverfail means becoming part of Australia's number one spring water cooler business—an organisation with ambitious growth plans, significant investment in innovation and sustainability, and the backing of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end reporting, forecasting and performance analysis across the Neverfail Supply Chain business

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and commercial insights to support operational decision-making

• Partner with the Finance Business Partner to support Manufacturing and Logistics leaders on key business initiatives

• Assist with the preparation and evaluation of capital business cases and investment analysis

• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, including capitalisation, depreciation, disposals and associated reporting

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate invoice processing, purchase order matching and supplier payments

• Maintain compliance with company policies, Chart of Authority requirements and SOX controls

• Perform supplier reconciliations, purchase order reviews and general ledger analysis

• Support budgeting, cash flow management and financial planning activities

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that simplify finance processes and enhance business performance

• Support internal and external audit activities while maintaining strong financial governance

• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Experience using SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems highly regarded

• CA, CPA or CFA qualification (or currently working towards) will be highly regarded

• Power BI or Tableau experience advantageous

What We Offer
