Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a part-qualified CIMA or ACCA financial analyst to join our Label & New Business Finance team. Sitting at the heart of our international growth, this role provides an incredible opportunity to combine financial analysis, management accounts, and strategic business partnering.

In this role, you will be immersed in the profitability of our international wholesale and franchise operations. You will collaborate closely with various business and finance stakeholders to identify opportunities that drive the division forward.

What You Will Take On

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Manage the accurate accounting and reporting of international Wholesale and Franchise accounts on a monthly basis, including monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Performance Consolidation: Work alongside the New Business Finance Manager to consolidate Wholesale, Franchise, and License P&Ls under the International Wholesale Director's remit.

  • Partner Profitability: Assess partner-level profitability throughout the year, highlighting key performance drivers and identifying areas for financial improvement.

  • New Business Appraisals: Support the commercial appraisal of potential new partners, ensuring all associated costs are captured to secure predictable performance from launch.

  • Strategic Planning: Support the production and delivery of 3 Year Plans for key licenses, including The SET, Cath Kidston, and Home Licenses.

  • Budget Coordination: Partner with non-finance stakeholders to coordinate, review, and challenge cost centre budgets and forecasts.

What You Will Bring

  • Qualifications: CIMA or ACCA part-qualified with practical experience in a financial role.

  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills and financial modelling experience are preferential.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present clear analysis to senior leadership and diverse business stakeholders.

  • Working Style: A self-starter who manages their own workload with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Adaptability: A flexible approach to teamwork, with a willingness to undertake a variety of tasks to support business growth.
