Purpose:

J&J Surgery is recruiting for Finance Analyst, located in Mexico City.

Responsibilities include reviewing and providing on an accurate and timely basis, financial and business analysis, supporting the business through the generation of financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, financial planning, investments, and consolidations, acting as a key enabler to drive business decisions.

Candidate should be a results and performance driven individual, who can demonstrate these qualities through characteristics such as being innovative, adaptable, and eager to learn from others.

You will be responsible for

• Review activities associated with the annual business planning process, quarterly updates and advise management
• Prepare analysis used to monitor, forecast and report rate of return, working capital, investments, and financial comparisons
• Provide leadership among teams, presentations to finance and functional management
• Ensure personal and company compliance with company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance
• Assure fair presentation of operating results by monitoring sales and expense commitments
• Challenge business assumptions, developing alternative scenarios and educating business partners on financial concepts

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and other careers related
• Encouraged to have 2 Years of relevant work experience in Finance.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English

Skills & Requirements:

• Possess business sense and ability to identify business drivers behind financial numbers
• Analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decision in timely manner
• Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with cross functional teams and form relationships.
• Dynamic teammate who is resourceful and inventive.
• Curiosity, ability to learn and attention to detail
• Proven integrity and professionalism
