  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis
  • Provide active support to commercial finance analysis, including direct interaction with the country management team on forecast, trend, and performance topics
  • Support preparation and submission of statistical, regulatory, and environmental reports
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, explanations, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and support control execution and monitoring
  • Identify control gaps or inconsistencies and escalate where needed

We are looking for a professional who possesses:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or controlling
  • Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or audit is preferred
  • Experience in working in an international or multi-entity environment is an advantage
  • Retail experience is a strong asset, particularly experience with store-level performance analysis and retail finance processes

Technical Competencies

  • Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools
  • Advanced Excel skills are required, including the ability to build and maintain reporting models independently
  • Practical knowledge of Power Pivot and Power BI is required or strongly preferred
  • Strong data analysis capability, with the ability to turn data into clear business insight

Leadership Competencies

  • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality outputs
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Communication & Behavioural Competencies

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders across finance and the business
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken

We offer:

  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment that supports professional growth
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and career development
  • Exposure to strategic projects and cross-functional collaboration
