Responsibilities
As a Finance Analyst, you will take an active role in monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting vs actuals analysis, forecasting, and projections.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Proficiency in managing and processing large data sets, including the ability to clean, organize, and analyze complex data using Excel. This skill involves understanding data structures, ensuring data quality, and applying best practices.
• Set up, review, and maintain customer pricing to align with contracts and prevent billing issues.
• Maintain and update subcontractor rates in line with agreements to ensure accurate cost tracking and compliance.
• Manage and validate data mappings between systems to ensure correct data transformation and integration.
• Maintain accurate and consistent system look-up tables, ensuring updates are documented and aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate and manage special projects, including communicating all special processing events to Team Leads.
• Troubleshoot project errors to ensure accurate data is entered in the system.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to ensure data accuracy (Assist team leads with tracking metrics)
• Ensure data integrity, follow change control procedures, support internal/external audits, and document all configurations to maintain business continuity.
• Review and approve project setup requests.
• Review and approve budget requests.
• Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Proficient in Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP, CRM, or finance-related systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) [Oracle experience a plus]
• 3+ years (s) of experience in a financial and/or analytical role.
• 2-year college diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments, including Finance, IT, and Operations.
• Experience in process documentation and audit support preferred.
• Project metrics, reporting, and analysis experience.
• Solid understanding of operational, financial, and business fundamentals.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
