Main Purpose of the Role:
Directly execution of all A.R. process with specific care about collection for all revenues (global, local, agency and principal) in accord to the instructions that are received from the AR.
Coordinator and S.A Finance Manager, been in contact with all Agencies and acting.
as part/member of the “AR Center” located in Sao Paulo.
Prepare and execute all A.R. reports for the AR Coordinator and the S.A. Finance Manager (outstanding reports, F2BC reports, Extra Juridical Notification, KPI monitoring, etc. ….).
Daily monitoring on bank’s activity (BRL accounts) with focus on collected amount and customer open balance aiming on time reconciliation.
Follow up and monitor daily the Official ROE
Monitor and directly promote/support the Finance Manager during the credit line approval process.
