What you’ll own

  • Provide email and phone-based support to partners and merchants, addressing all accounts and finance-related queries on a daily basis.

  • Support the Finance Shared Services function by managing end-to-end finance-related client support activities, including commission management, invoicing, credit processing, and calculation/recalculation processes.

  • Work across multiple platforms such as EPPE, FreedomPay, Procurement, and other systems, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of cases and queries.

What you’ll bring

  • 2 + Years experience in providing billing support, including active involvement in the suspension process where required.

  • Manage and support commission-related activities, including auditing and validating commission statements and ensuring accuracy through thorough verification.

  • Oversee Freedompay-related operational activities such as terminal management, forecasting and pipeline monitoring processes.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Support procurement-related activities, including raising purchase orders (POs), processing invoices, and managing PO receipts.

  • Liaise regularly with the Oracle team to resolve Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) matters.

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports, track progress on key activities, and provide timely reporting as required.

  • Develop a strong understanding of all IP products and processes to deliver effective and informed accounts support.

  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
