
The Transformation & Digital Finance Program Delivery team drives several major initiatives that support ASML’s financial and digital transformation. The team improves how information flows across programs and strengthens planning and decision‑making. In this internship, you will help streamline one of our transformation programs by enhancing how we plan, track, and communicate. You will explore automation, AI, and modern ways of working that improve clarity, reduce manual effort, and support scalable program delivery. This position is ideal if you enjoy organizing complexity and using technology to solve real challenges.
You will help the team establish clear, consistent, and user‑friendly project management practices. You will explore how AI and automation can reduce manual work and improve efficiency in reporting, documentation, and tracking. You will help design dashboards, templates, and structured documentation that improve transparency and support decision‑making across the program.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Strengthen project management processes by establishing clear, consistent, and easy‑to‑use ways of working.
Use AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency in reporting, documentation, planning, and task/issue tracking.
Build templates, dashboards, and visual management tools showing progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Help design a structured workflow for meeting preparation and follow‑up, including templates or simple automations for agendas, action items, risks/issues, and decision logs.
Set up and maintain a well‑organized project environment where documentation, deliverables, and materials are structured, searchable, and reusable across workstreams.
Suggest new ideas to modernize, simplify, and scale the program’s ways of working.
This is a bachelor or master internship, which can be either a regular or thesis internship, for a minimum of 6 months, starting in early July 2026.
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, artificial intelligence, business administration, or a related field.
Have a basic understanding of ERP systems and digital workflows (experience with tools such as SAP S/4HANA or SAC is a plus).
Bring experience or coursework in AI, automation, or data‑driven problem‑solving.
Are comfortable using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
Work in a collaborative, proactive, and communicative way.
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
