Whatyou’lldo:

• Lead and oversee finance functionmodernisationengagements, driving the shift from transaction processing to data-led insights that enable trusted, strategic decision making.

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex processoptimisationand transformation programs, including activity analysis, risk & control framework design, continuous monitoring, and embedding sustainable improvements.

• Provide strategic finance system implementation support across business cases, operating model design, chart of accounts, program governance, and control assurance.

• Lead costoptimisationinitiatives by defining operating models,identifyingcommercial benefits, and securing stakeholder alignment to fundmodernisationprograms.

• Drive governance, accounting, integration, andsynergyrealisationin transactional change activities, including pre- and post-deal support.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving business needs.

• Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture focused on innovation and excellence.

• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, thought leadership, and market insights.

Whatwe’relooking for:

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, external audit,consultingor a related field, withdemonstratedprogression to senior management roles.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalentqualification

• CA qualification or equivalent professional accounting designation.

• Proven experience leading large, complex finance transformation, processoptimisation, and finance systems implementation engagements.

• Strongexpertisein risk & controls, financial reporting, technical andmanagementaccounting, budgeting, and commercial finance.

• Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distil complex issues, advise on risk and opportunity, and deliver actionable insights.

• Outstanding leadership and people management capabilities, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing junior staff.

• Excellent client relationship management skills and a proventrack recordof managing engagement profitability and growth.

• Strong attention to detail combined withanability to deliver high-quality, client-ready reports and presentations whilstmaintainingPwC’s Risk & Quality standards.
