• 
  Provide strategic financial advisory support to the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Board, including financial planning, cash flow management, and long-term investment strategies.
• 
  Analyze financial performance indicators such as healthcare service revenue, operational costs, and profit margins, and propose recommendations to improve business efficiency.
• 
  Partner closely with the CFO in developing and enhancing financial governance frameworks, internal control systems, and risk management practices in alignment with healthcare industry standards.
• 
  Advise on strategic initiatives including hospital/clinic expansion, medical equipment investments, partnership opportunities, and M&A activities.
• 
  Evaluate and optimize operational models related to finance, accounting, human resources, and procurement to improve overall organizational performance.
• 
  Support engagement and coordination with key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, investors, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• 
  Provide independent perspectives, strategic insights, and financial initiatives to support sustainable business growth.
•

  Tư vấn các quyết định chiến lược bao gồm mở rộng hệ thống bệnh viện/phòng khám, đầu tư trang thiết bị y tế, hợp tác đối tác và các hoạt động M&A.
• 
  Đánh giá và tối ưu mô hình vận hành liên quan đến tài chính, kế toán, nhân sự và mua sắm nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của toàn tổ chức.
• 
  Hỗ trợ phối hợp và làm việc với các bên liên quan quan trọng như Hội đồng Quản trị, nhà đầu tư, ngân hàng, kiểm toán và cơ quan quản lý.

  Cung cấp góc nhìn độc lập, phản biện chiến lược và đề xuất các sáng kiến tài chính nhằm đảm bảo tăng trưởng bền vững cho doanh nghiệp.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related disciplines; candidates holding CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
• 
  Minimum 10–15 years of experience in finance, including prior experience serving as CFO, Finance Director, or other senior leadership positions.
• 
  Previous experience within healthcare, hospitals, healthcare services, or other complex service-driven operational models is highly advantageous.
• 
  Strong expertise in corporate financial management, internal controls, risk management, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• 
  Strategic mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with experience advising or working directly with Executive Management and Boards of Directors.
• 
  Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders; strong English proficiency for professional use is required.
• 
  Ability to work independently, act as a trusted advisor, and influence decision-making without direct involvement in day-to-day operations.
