Responsibilities

• Being part of the Finance team of 13 people, handling financial administration
• Participating in keeping financial records up-to-date
• Processing payable and receivable invoices
• Scanning and organizing documents and contracts
• Managing document signatures with colleagues
• Filling out Excel tables and monitoring completed tasks
• Registering contracts
• Keeping in touch with other departments
• Managing ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

Requirements

• Ongoing studies for at least two more semesters
• Able to work at least 20 hours a week in the long term from Budapest
• At least intermediate active English language skills
• Confident user of office applications (Windows, Microsoft Office)
• Enjoy administrative tasks and tolerate monotony well
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Seeking ways to help others
• Punctual, independent, flexible, reliable mentality with a cheerful smile

Nice to have

• Work experience in a similar field
• Pursuing specialized studies
