Why Join Us?
For over a century, The AA has been keeping Britain moving. Today, millions of drivers trust us to be there when it matters most, and we're equally committed to supporting the people who make that possible. With a 4.5-star Glassdoor rating, we've built a culture where colleagues are empowered to grow, collaborate and make a real impact for our customers on every journey. Which has been recognised by Sunday Times “Best Places to Work” for the last two years.
As a Finance Administrator specialising in Credit Control, you’ll support the day to day running of operational finance. From following up outstanding invoices and monitoring aged debt to maintaining customer records, your work will help keep information reliable and processes moving.
You’ll also work with DriveTech account holders and colleagues across finance, contributing to invoicing, banking, reporting and month end activities.
At The AA, we value the unique perspectives, experiences and ideas that our people bring. We've nurtured a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to do their best work.
Through our employee communities and inclusion initiatives, we’ve created opportunities for people to connect, share experiences and influence positive change across the business. This is a place where your voice matters and where you can belong, grow and succeed.
We believe in rewarding our people. That's why we offer a comprehensive benefits package including;

Since 1905, we have been committed to putting drivers first with innovative thinking and award-winning services. And today we offer even more than ever.
We have a driving service for pretty much anything you’ll ever need. Insurance, servicing and repair, driving lessons, buying and financing cars, roadside assistance and much more.
Our members have an unshakeable confidence because they have a multi-service driving partner for life. So, no matter what’s around the corner, it really is OK when you’re with the AA.
