We’re looking for an organised Finance Administrator with strong Excel skills to join our team. If you’re confident working with numbers, enjoy keeping things organised and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you
Duties include:
Job reconciliation research, follow up, and clear outstanding items within deadlines
Identifying missing and/or inaccurate information and liaise with stakeholders to close gap
Raise and follow up on invoices, with support from Head Office
Raising and follow up PO’s and receipting, as required in accordance with Company requirements
Maintain database, files, and other records
Ensure all internal queries and requests are answered accurately and quickly
Provide additional administrative support to the Finance team, as required
Previous experience in a similar role within the mining, construction, or engineering space
Requirements
Previous experience in a finance administration role
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills
Intermediate proficiency using MS Office packages
Understanding of basic accounting procedures
Flexible and well organised with strong time management skills
Previous experience in a similar role within the mining, construction, or engineering space
