Te tūranga – The role
As the Financial Administrator you will ensure the processing of timely supplier payments and the
Banks receivables in an accurate and efficient manner while maintaining positive relationships with the rest of the business.
Day-to-day your role will be to provide financial administration support to the team and ensure that processing and reporting deadlines are met, and back-up support is provided for variations in workflow patterns
You will be responsible for:
Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate entry into the finance system
Managing credit cards and support day-to-day payment activities
Handle supplier payments, including payment runs and foreign currency invoices
Support month-end processes, including reconciliations and financial record accuracy

We’re looking for a collaborative worker, who can work to deadlines effectively. To be successful in this role you will have:
Accuracy and efficiency in data entry into financial systems.
Basic knowledge of GST requirements for tax invoices.
Excel skills to an intermediate level.
Basic knowledge of accounting.
Experience in a financial operations environment.
