Job Description

We are looking for a Finance & Admin Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in finance and administrative operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to develop their skills in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance & Admin team with daily operational tasks.
• Assist in preparing agreements, contracts (SPK), and other administrative documents.
• Support the invoicing process and ensure documentation is complete.
• Organize and maintain finance and administrative records.
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Finance & Admin team.

Requirements

Must Have

• Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PDF tools).

Nice to Have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
