Job Description

Company Background:

We are representing our client, a leader in distributing premium skincare brands to salons across the region. They are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Executive to support their daily documentation, invoicing, and simple finance tasks on the ground.

Job Responsibility:

Finance

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and delivery orders for salon partners.
  • Manage and update SOA for all customers, ensuring accurate tracking of receivables.
  • Monitor incoming payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and escalate overdue accounts when necessary.
  • Ensure all financial transactions and documents are filed, stored, and maintained according to group policies.
  • Provide monthly finance reports and supporting documents to Group Finance (Singapore HQ).

Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, customer information, and delivery documents
  • Support the sales team in handling order forms, stock coordination, and customer service tasks.
  • Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and complete documentation.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration, including petty cash, office supplies, and coordination of local service providers.
  • Assist with basic inventory reconciliation and stock tracking, especially during campaign or promotion periods.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree holder in related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in accounts and finance.
