We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Intern to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in financial operations and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities
• 
  Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets
• 
  Work extensively on Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• 
  Prepare reports using advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Conditional Formatting
• 
  Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• 
  Assist in reconciliation of accounts and financial data
• 
  Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information
• 
  Provide general administrative support to the finance team

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Freshers are welcome)
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level required)
• 
  Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Conditional Formatting
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  Basic understanding of accounting principles
• 
  Candidate must hold a valid visa (Fathers / Mothers / Student Visa)
