• 全面负责财务部的日常管理工作；

Responsible for the daily management of the Finance Department;

• 组织制定财务方面的管理制度及有关规定，并监督执行；

Organize the formulation of financial management systems and related regulations, and supervise their implementation;

• 制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划；

Formulate, maintain and improve the company's financial management procedures and policies, and formulate annual and quarterly financial plans

• 负责编制及组织实施财务预算报告，月度、年度财务报告；

Responsible for preparing and organizing the implementation of financial budget reports, monthly and annual financial reports;

• 负责公司成本æ ¸ç®—ã€ä¼šè®¡æ ¸ç®—å’Œè´¢åŠ¡åˆ†æžå·¥ä½œã€‚

Responsible for the company's cost accounting, accounting and financial analysis.

Monitor major economic activities that may cause manager losses to the company;

• 负责资金、资产的管理工作，监督公司各部门的财务收支、资金使用、成本费用等情况；

Responsible for the management of funds and assets, and supervise the financial revenues and expenditures, use of funds, costs, etc. of the company's various departments;

• 管理与银行及其他机构的关系；

Manage the relationship with banks and other institutions;

• 财务部与内外的沟通和协调工作；

Communication and coordination between the Finance Department and internal and external parties;

• 定期向董事会出具财务分析报告以及要求的其他财务数据资料；

Periodically issue financial analysis reports and other required financial data to the board of directors;

• 定期对本部门及管理团队进行专业财务知识培训、提高团队整体财务能力及意识；

Regularly conduct professional financial knowledge training for the department and management team to improve the team's overall financial ability and awareness;

• 完成上级交代的其他日常事务性工作。

Complete other daily affairs tasks assigned by superiors.

【任职要求】【Job requirements】

• 30-40岁；

30-40 years old;

• 本科及以上学历，财务专业，财务经理岗有民航同类行业经验者，会计专业证书（CMA/CPA）优先；

Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, a financial manager with experience in similar industries in civil aviation, professional accounting certificate (CMA/CPA) is preferred;

• 有大中型规模企业财务管理工作经验；

Work experience in the financial management of large and medium-sized enterprises;

• 具备较强的文字编写、语言表达和沟通能力。

Possess strong writing, language expression, and communication skills.
