As a Finance, Accounting & Tax - Senior Staff, you will play a key role in strengthening our FAT team by managing accounting records, supporting monthly closing processes, and assisting financial statement consolidation across a multi-entity group environment.
🌟 What You’ll Do
Record accounting transactions (general journals, AP/AR, fixed assets, etc.) in accordance with Indonesian GAAP (PSAK)
Support timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
Perform periodic account reconciliations (bank, intercompany, balance sheet)
Support the consolidation process of financial statements across group entities
Prepare working papers and supporting documentation for external audits
Coordinate with the tax team on transaction documentation relevant to tax compliance
Maintain complete and organized accounting documentation in line with internal company policy
✅ What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a multi-entity/group company structure
Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and generally accepted accounting practices
Familiar with accounting/ERP software (e.g. Netsuite, Jurnal.id, Odoo)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, advanced formulas)
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under tight deadlines
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Advantageous: experience in the advertising/media industry or prior exposure to consolidated financial reporting
