Job Description

Responsibility:
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations.
- Assist in establishing and optimizing the accounting system.
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of the 鼎新 TIPTOP ERP system, particularly the cost module.
- Review monthly financial performance and provide analysis reports.
- Prepare budgets and performance reports based on financial results.
- Handle tax-related matters and liaise with tax authorities to safeguard the companys best interests.
- Act as the main point of contact for auditors and coordinate audits with local accounting staff.
 Requirement:
- Overseas working experience, preferably in Vietnam, China, or other Southeast Asian countries.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, capable of handling cross-department coordination.
- Excellent negotiation skills, especially in dealing with tax authorities.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically in implementing the ERP cost module.
- Experience in formulating and optimizing accounting systems.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Management experience: Ability to lead and manage a local accounting team of 8 members.

- Fluent Chinese/Mandarin is require.

Additional Information:
- The role collaborates with the existing accounting team and reports directly to the CFO of the Vietnam factory.
- The candidate will be the key contact person for auditors, with support from local accounting staff.
- Focus: This role is primarily Vietnam-focused and does not require extensive interaction with regional/global finance teams.
- Candidates with over 3 years of experience in Big 4 accounting firms are preferred, but those with experience in other major accounting firms or accounting roles in manufacturing are also acceptable.
