Job Description

Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and oversee daily operation of the accounting month and end-year process,

• accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, employee reimbursements and utilities treasury.

• Budgeting, cash flow analysis, revenue, and expenditure variance analysis.

• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

• Handle and check all daily/routine accounting work, complete monthly and yearly closing.

• Follow up receivables and payables to avoid financial loses of the company.

• Related tax declaration, prepare and submit related reports to government regulatory department.
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close.
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes.

• Forecast cashflow requirements to ensure finance positioning and facilitate financing requirement.
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management

Responsibilities

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related.
  
  
• More than 10 years experience in Finance & Accounting. More than 5 years in management level is a plus.
  
  
• Experience with month end book closing.
  
  
• Experiences in Manufacturing industry.
  
  
• Residential within 30 min driving from Nong Khae Industrial Estate.
  
  
• Experience in SAP is an advantage.
  
  
• Logical thinking, leadership, problem solving, common sense and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
