About the Role

As a Finance & Accounting Manager, you will oversee the companys entire financial and accounting operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability. This role will combine strategic financial planning with hands-on accounting management including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, taxation, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Operations

• Manage and oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including cash management, AP/AR, general ledger, and internal controls
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reports
• Maintain compliance with Thai accounting standards, GAAP, and tax regulations
• Handle statutory filings, tax submissions, audits, and other compliance requirements
• Oversee payroll, expense reimbursement, and procurement processes
• Manage cash flow and treasury functions, optimizing working capital and liquidity
• Reconcile company balances, resolve discrepancies (accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales, assets, stock, etc.), and make GAAP adjustments where needed
• Oversee asset management, inventory control, and project costing to maximize returns and minimize financial risk

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business planning and investment decisions
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to drive profitability and operational efficiency
• Present financial reports and insights to senior management, translating complex data into strategic recommendations

Pricing and POS Management

• Review and issue new product and service pricing according to company policies to ensure profitability and consistency
• Update and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system with revised prices when new products or services are introduced
• Review and update SOPs related to procurement, purchase orders, stock management, reimbursements, and payroll
• Ensure all processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the clinics operational and financial goals

Collaboration and Compliance

• Establish and maintain accurate fiscal records and company accounting documentation
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions to ensure compliance and smooth operations
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Operations, HR, and Management to align financial processes with business objectives
• Team Leadership and Development
• Lead and develop the Finance and Accounting team, promoting accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
• Foster collaboration across departments to support effective financial planning and decision-making
• Drive process automation and system improvement for better accuracy and reporting efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CPA or CPD certification is a plus
• Proven experience in a managerial role overseeing both Finance and Accounting functions, ideally in a clinic, healthcare, or service-based industry
• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, GAAP, and tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
