1. Monthly Book closing activities for entity books closure
2. SAP BO reporting - Entity CK00 -Thailand
3. Preperation of Profil & loss, Balance Sheet Schedules
4. Review, Process and Pay Suppliers ( AP ) invoices
5. Review contracts, Purchase order from customers and raise invoices
6. Prepare cost allocation worksheet deparment wise and invoice Intercompany parties.
7.Prepare budget for the entity
8. Prepare monthly variance analysis - Budget Vs actuals against expenses / Income
9.Prepare and submit WHT returns
10. Prepare and submit VAT returns
11. Prepare Annual Financial statements - Local Thailand law
12. Review, process , employee expense reimbursement reports
13. Receive payment requests from respective teams, review and make payments in banking online portal
14. Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements
15. Update CFO/Director on bank account balances - Cash flows
16. Journal entries , GL reconciliations, payroll entries and local compliance requirements
17. Prepare Standard Operating Procedures ( SOP's) for all the finance process
