Job Description
Location: Cavite (on-site: Monday to Saturday)

This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance
with financial regulations, accurate and timely reporting, and alignment
between site-level and head office accounting practices. The ideal candidate is
proactive, hands-on, and experienced in managing finance teams within a
fast-paced or manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day
accounting and finance operations of the Cavite site.
- Oversee month-end and
year-end financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure tax compliance and
support both internal and external audit requirements.
- Review and approve journal
entries, account reconciliations, disbursements, and payroll allocations.
- Provide leadership and
guidance to the local finance team, including training and performance
management.
- Coordinate with head office
to ensure alignment in financial reporting and workflows.
- Contribute to financial
planning, budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management activities.
- Ensure compliance with
company policies, local accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in
Accountancy or Finance; CPA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of
progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 12 years in a
supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of
accounting principles, tax regulations, and audit practices.
- Experience in manufacturing
or production-related accounting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence finance
teams.
