We are looking for a Finance Business Partner Iberia (Business Navigator) to play a key role in driving business performance and identifying growth opportunities across the Iberian market.

This is a highly cross-functional position combining financial expertise, commercial acumen, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with different areas of the business to understand performance, identify opportunities and risks, and turn data and analysis into concrete actions and business decisions.

The role offers broad exposure to the Iberian business and close collaboration with both local teams and various stakeholders at European level.

The position is based at our Head Office in Alcobendas (Madrid).

Your responsibilities

Supporting the Iberian market,

Develop Country Improvement Strategies

  • Develop and implement performance improvement strategies for the Iberian market and individual stores.
  • Analyse business performance, identifying opportunities, risks and areas for improvement, and translate insights into concrete action plans.
  • Balance local market needs with the broader European strategy.

Drive Real Estate Decisions

  • Support store portfolio decisions, including openings, closures, extensions and refurbishments.
  • Develop and evaluate business cases for store investments, assessing their commercial and financial impact.
  • Identify long-term opportunities and risks across the Iberian portfolio.

Steer Financial Performance

  • Monitor country-level P&L performance and identify key risks and opportunities.
  • Work with Country Managers and commercial teams to develop action plans and support the achievement of business and financial targets.
  • Translate financial and operational data into clear insights, recommendations and actionable conclusions.

Lead Through Influence

  • Build strong relationships with Country Managers, Portfolio Managers and stakeholders across Selling, Commercial, Finance, Property, Marketing and other central teams.
  • Align different stakeholders around common objectives and drive initiatives through communication and collaboration rather than hierarchical authority.
  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives, working autonomously from identifying opportunities and challenges through to implementation.

What you bring

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in large organisations and, ideally, in retail, consumer goods or another consumer-facing business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with numbers, data and business KPIs.
  • (Strong) Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and business intelligence tools (S4/Hana Finance, Dawaca).
  • Strong commercial acumen and business mindset, understanding the broader context behind the numbers.
  • Ability to translate data and analysis into clear conclusions, recommendations and actionable solutions. Strategic mindset and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels and areas.
  • Project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from analysis through to implementation.
  • High level of autonomy, initiative and sense of ownership.
  • Native or fluent Spanish. FLUENT ENGLISH IS ESSENTIAL, as the role involves regular interaction with the European team and other international stakeholders.
