We are looking for a Final Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the successful execution of final test activities by ensuring all modules meet quality, performance, and customer requirements prior to delivery, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve zero-defect outcomes and continuous improvement.

Impact You Will Make

• Plan and organize the project’s final test activities with relevant parties including the team lead, project manager, engineering, and QA; within the project scope and due date

• Execute the project activities according to the plan and follow the manufacturing escalation process in case of out-of-plan and issues happening

• Perform the final test checklists with accuracy; having zero defect goal in mind

• Perform the final test on specific customer requirements with accuracy; having zero defect goal in mind

• Perform a close loop with the setup team to ensure continuous improvement on the module setup preparation; having zero defect goal in mind

• Perform close loop with the engineering team to ensure continuous improvement on design rules/template (mechanical, hardware, software, vision); having zero defect goal in mind

• Perform close loop with the project management team to ensure continuous improvement on customer requirements-samples management; having zero defect goal in mind

• Perform log-in of all issues into the issue-tracking-database for Kaizen purpose; having zero defect goal in mind

• Perform tasks using the correct tools, jigs, and instructions. Correct tools refer to calibrated measuring tools and control documents

• Initiate learning and improve skill competency over time; align to annual training matrix

• Perform 5S practice daily in the working area. Upkeep and maintain tools and jig always in good condition. Ensure material with clear identification and arrange in orderly

• Ensure following safe work procedures and to use personal protective equipment ( safety boots, ear plug, safety glasses, face mask ) according to safety instruction

• To support field service jobs if required. Traveling within the country or overseas is required from time to time but limited to less than 10 trips per year

• To align with company vision-mission-annual plan; provide full support to ensure success

• Execute any other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Our Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 2 - 3 years of related technical experience.

• Education: Associates degree/Diploma or equivalent technical experience.

• Skills/Technical Requirements: Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and detailed blueprints; use common tools and mechanical fixtures; possess electro-mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills; ability to use the diagnostic terminal at an advanced level.
