Activities

Main Duties:

• Perform visual and manual inspections of final products in accordance with defined specifications and work instructions.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming parts or packaging, raising non-conformance reports when needed.
• Escalate any recurring or identify any quality issues or deviations to the Dispatch Deputy Supervisor and/or to Quality Engineers for resolution.
• Scan and digitalize work order cards to ensure accurate electronic recordkeeping and easy retrieval of production and job-related data.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for traceability and record keeping purposes.

Additional Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the inspection area to comply with 5S standards.

• Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation processes.

• Operating the automatic visual inspection machines if required.

• Carry out any other duties as requested by management.
