Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional specifications and system requirements.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using defect tracking systems.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand system functionality and resolve issues.
• Analyze test results, prepare test reports, and provide feedback on software quality.
• Participate in review meetings to discuss test strategies, plans, and results.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Support the creation and maintenance of test environments and test data.
• Ensure that all testing activities adhere to established quality standards and project timelines.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing, particularly in functional and system testing roles.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Experience with test case management tools and defect tracking systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and requirements documents.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and database concepts.(empty)
