Job Title: Final Finish Appliance Installer/Carpet/Shiploose

Department: Final Finish

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Install appliances, along with carpet installation

JOB DUTIES

Unwrapping and prepping appliances for install

Help load appliances and setup materials

Install including plumbing hook ups

Install tack strips, padding, and carpet

Pulling and kitting materials to be shipped in the homes

Sign traveler when job has been completed

Maintain acceptable level of quality

Clean area daily

Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION / EXOERUEBCE REQUIRED

Must be at least 18 years old

SAFETY / ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Use of cleaning solvents, lacquer thinner Uncontrolled Climate

EQUIPMENT / MACHINES USED

Electric Screw Gun Air Wrench

Brad Guns General Hand Tools

Vacuum Cleaners Personal Protective Equipment

TESTING REQUIRED

Drug Screen Hearing Test

COGNITIVE SKILLS

Good reasoning skills

Be able to read blue prints and tape measure

Strong attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

No sitting except breaks and lunch

Must be able to lift and carry 80 pounds (furniture) independently

Must be able to lift and carry 80+ in a team lift

Must be able to work on knees and climb in and out of houses constantly

Moderate amount of bending and stretching
