In this role, you will play a key part in driving the continued growth of QFS by identifying, establishing, and developing long-term partnerships with professionals such as External Asset Managers, Asset Managers, Fund Promoters, and Insurers. You will proactively create new leads, expand and strengthen your professional network, and build a robust pipeline of future business partners across France and Monaco. As a trusted relationship manager, you will develop existing partnerships, uncover new business opportunities, and increase share of wallet through a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics. You will also guide strategic onboarding initiatives and contribute directly to the expansion of our business through proactive market engagement, sound risk awareness, and close collaboration with colleagues across the organisation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build and develop long-term partnerships with professional intermediaries and business partners
  • Generate new leads and actively expand the network of prospective business partners, mainly across France and Monaco
  • Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Manage and further develop existing business partner relationships
  • Identify business opportunities and increase share of wallet through tailored solutions and proactive relationship management
  • Drive the onboarding of new relationships, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
  • Represent QFS externally through networking activities and the promotion of our offering
  • Perform initial due diligence and maintain oversight of client relationships throughout their lifecycle
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through cross-selling and upselling
  • Build strong relationships through regular business reviews and ongoing client engagement
  • Collaborate closely with Client Account Managers and support teams to deliver excellent client outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the client journey

Knowledge and Experience

  • Higher Education (University / Bachelor)
  • More than 5 years experience in a similar role with an extensive established network with FIM and/or life insurance companies
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, especially related to professional clients
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, KYT, AML) and risk management in financial services.
  • Expertise in onboarding processes, due diligence, and compliance monitoring
  • Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for commercial decisions
