Options For All is seeking a detail-oriented multi-tasker who can easily pivot between different priorities. This paid experience will provide the intern with valuable on-the-job experience to strengthen his/her resume. The intern will work directly with the leadership team and will be involved in coordinating project-related tasks, maintaining project documentation and follow-up items, organizing agendas, delivering project progress updates, and supporting the leadership team, including the Studio Manger and Production Manager, as needed.
This internship will be starting on June 1, 2026 and ending on August 7, 2026.
This role requires intern to work 100% onsite in our San Diego HQ. Housing assistance and stipends are not provided.

What you’ll be doing
As a Film & Media Studio Intern at Options For All, you will:
- Assist in project planning activities
- Studio Operations
- Creative & Production-specific tasks.
- Assist instructors with teaching opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Provide pre-production, production and post-production support on internal film and media projects and projects with community partners
- Assist in project requirements gathering exercises
- Assist with any research that may be needed
- Create project templates to be used in communicating project updates, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Follow-up with project action owners to ensure timely progress and identify issues early on
- Track and document project progress (timelines, deliverables, actions, issues, owners)

- - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- - Minimum 3.0 GPA

Experience:

- - Experience operating DSLR cameras

- - Editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop

- - On set film production experience

This position requires the employee to regularly stand, walk, sit, talk and hear. They must be capable of writing, using a computer keyboard, telephone and related office equipment. Ability to lift 15lbs.
