As a Full-Time Fill Plant Technician at HME Specialists, you'll be an integral part of our team responsible for operating equipment for the repackaging of medical gases into cylinders and truck-mounted vessels. Your role will include performing minor maintenance on equipment and conducting thorough inspections of cylinders before filling, ensuring compliance with standard pre-fill and post-fill procedures. You'll accurately fill containers to the specified capacity, meticulously maintaining cylinder filling records to adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
Your attention to detail will extend to completing daily records, attaching necessary identification tags, and loading or unloading cylinders onto delivery trucks using carts or lift gates. Safety is paramount; therefore, you'll promptly report any incidents, comply with safety policies, and participate in weekly safety meetings. Additionally, you'll enjoy a clean and orderly plant environment, making minor repairs on liquid gas cylinders and occasionally driving a company vehicle.

A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are crucial, as you may need to operate company vehicles.
