Responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining petroleum, customer & vendor master files
• Co-ordinating maintenance of petroleum equipment and software programs with manager
• Implementing price changes at the store level
• Maintaining the promo pricing, start and stop dates to 100% accuracy
• Performing price verification procedures
• Entering all data into the system promptly and accurately for immediate sale
• Maintaining pricing as directed, generate shelf labels and sign cards as prices change within each unit
• Identifying problems with the system, reporting them to the proper people for follow-up and correction
• Performing price checks at competitors retail stores
• Providing exceptional customer service, and assist all members as needed
• Maintaining the receiving book
• Counting inventory in all departments as required
• Ordering and maintaining inventory as required
• Adhering to all Evergreen Cooperative Association policies and procedures
We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
• Must have a valid Class 5 License
• Ability to work independently as well as a team environment
• Organizational skills and great time management
• Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills
• Quality communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work indoors and occasionally outdoors
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
