JOB SUMMARY
File Clerk Intern performs many organizational tasks to ensure the professionals they
support have the most accurate and up-to-date documentation needed.
The File Clerk Intern reports to the Human Resources Manager/HR Generalist and will be
responsible for performing clerical tasks to support the work of the company. This includes
verifying and reconciling invoices, ensuring accurate data entry and communicates with
customers and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Labeling and updating paper files
· Filing paperwork
· Scanning and printing documents
· Provide support to departments as needed
· May work with multiple people
· Dependability, task-oriented and flexibility
· Strong communication skills in writing and verbally
· Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office tools a plus
· Answer the phone, assist customers, employees and applicants that visit corporate
office.
· Assist with tasks as assigned
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to take direction, listen, learn and work well with others. Responsibilities are
not limited to the above mentioned and may include assisting other departments within
reasonable and related tasks.

· Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus

· Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to complete within required time frames
· Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone and via email
· This position requires in- person attendance; remote work is not an option.
