• Pay Rate Range: $105,000-$113,000 USD Gross per annum

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead and manage the FIG Restaurant team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
• Act as the main character of the dining room and maintain a frequent presence on the dining room floor
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally

Qualifications

• Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience required
• Previous Point of Sale System experience required
• Familiarity with the local Los Angeles restaurant scene and trends required
