Position Type: Full Time
- Overall responsibility for restaurants reporting directly to you. Monitors the operations in one or several restaurants, including all aspects of store level performance.
- Responsible and accountable for store profit and loss results, cost containment and ongoing analyses.
- Monitors restaurant revenue by location, in an effort to maintain food, inventory and labor costs.
- Studies and evaluates the marketplace for innovative ways to improve sales and puts programs together for sales success.
- Ensure superior guest service. Ensures stores provide superior product quality and customer service.
- Meet all lease requirements & maintain excellent relationship with hotel/casino/property management.
- Directly supervise the General Managers or Managing Partners of each restaurant/food service concept reporting to you. Ensures management teams keep positive, professional relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers at all times.
- Guides and instructs management teams to ensure that all team members comply with all company specifications, policies and guidelines.
- As needed, may assist management with hiring high quality team members, and with training, coaching, counselling, and terminations as needed.
- Works a minimum of 50 hours per week, spending 95% of the time monitoring operations and management teams. Schedules their shifts for the busiest sales periods of their restaurants to see the volume on regular business days including working weekends, holidays, and any other times needed which most influence operations.
- Support a friendly enjoyable work environment for all team members while keeping your behaviors and messages professional and abstaining from sharing personal beliefs or views not relevant to operations.
- Must have English comprehension skills for purposes of safety, job instructions, policy, and guest service.
- Reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Qualifications
- Passion for providing superior guest service and highest quality food.
- Experience leading regional, multi-unit, high-level operations in quick service food/restaurant industries.
- Solid English speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Strong math, cost analyses and financial skills.
- Available to work variable shifts (opening, mid-day, closing, weekends) in order to fully support operations.
Physical Demands and Work Environment include but are not limited to:
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, touch, climb, lift, and read (see) for extended periods of time (8 hours+).
- Must be able to regularly and safely lift and move boxes, supplies, and materials weighing 25 lbs. or more
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes limited movement environment.
- Must be able to maintain sanitation, food safety, and other food service environment requirements.
