Point of Hire: Brisbane
Roster: 2:1 - 1 week utility, 1 week utility supervisor
The role will involve, but is not limited to:
- Housekeeping of accommodation rooms, wet mess areas, gyms, offices, and mine-site facilities
- Laundry services, including the cleaning of linens and towels
- Kitchen hand duties: food preparation, dishwashing, dining hall cleaning, and stock replenishment
- Bar service within the wet mess area
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with Quality, HACCP, Safety, and Environmental protocols
- Supervise and guide site staff, delivering regular feedback and managing performance
- Develop and maintain rosters, approve timesheets, and support staff onboarding and training
- Provide hands-on support across operations as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ACS standards at all times
- Additional duties as directed by the Operations Manager or senior management
- Role structure may adapt based on operational needs
What we are looking for:
- Proven FIFO and hospitality experience
- Previous FIFO supervisory experience
- Familiarity with RMS booking system (desirable)
- Current valid Driver’s Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction – Essential)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) – Essential
- Food Safety Handling Certificate – Essential
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
