Hospitality Supervisor - FIFO | 2:1 Roster | Civeo Australia (WA)

  • FIFO 8:6 or 14:1 roster from Perth
  • From $89k for 8:6 roster +12% Super
  • From $98k for 14:7 roster + 12% Super

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking experienced Hospitality Supervisors to join our Operations teams across our Western Australian villages. This hands‑on, team‑focused role is perfect for leaders who thrive in fast‑paced environments and are passionate about delivering an exceptional village experience.

Whether you’re currently working FIFO, leading teams in a large hotel or restaurant, or looking for your next career step, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven leadership experience within a FIFO environment or within the Hospitality industry
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • A current WA driver’s license
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience working in high volume, fast paced environments
  • A genuine passion for coaching, developing, and supporting team members
  • The ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
