We’re currently looking for a talented Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing a remote portfolio while supporting clients across our region. This opportunity is Sydney based with exposure to regional work, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a flexible FIFO-style arrangement while remaining connected to the Sydney team.

This permanent role will involve travel to the South West NSW region (Albury/Wagga/Griffith area) approximately 1-2 times per month. Outside of travel, your day-to-day responsibilities will remain consistent with your current role.

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:

• Undertake worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
• Conduct Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments
• Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored solutions
• Design, implement and monitor rehabilitation programs to support RTW outcomes
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve sustainable outcomes
• Manage a remote caseload effectively while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role

• Degree qualified in Occupational Therapy (preferred), Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
• Relevant professional registration (AHPRA or ESSA)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a remote portfolio
• Willingness to travel monthly as part of a FIFO-style arrangement
• Current driver’s licence and a car
