Job Description

Alltype Engineering is a multifaceted engineering company providing fabrication and installation services to the Oil & Gas, Water, Power Generation, Infrastructure, Mining, Resources, Utility, Petrochemical and Defence industries, in both the private and public sectors.

Due to growth in the business, we are currently seeking to employ a Peggy with LR licence to work in remote NT on 3/1 roster.

Key duties of this role include;

• Maintain cleanliness of ablutions, crib and office facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laydown area and equipment on a daily basis.
• Escort deliveries, escort plant movements, unloading of deliveries, manage delivery documentation and material storage.
• Escorting light vehicles and trucks around site
• Stock-take and ordering of consumables
• Maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levels
• Issuing, returning and data entering of stock within the Inventory Management System
• Investigating inventory discrepancies and documenting stock transfers and returns
• Ensuring freight travels consistently to ensure a reliable supply chain to site
• Checking and receipting goods in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring MSDS's are processed according to procedure
• Undertake ad hoc tasks and duties as directed
• Driving of Bus to transport other personnel and crew to and from airport.

Qualifications

• White Card
• Light Rigid Licence or higher (highly desirable)
• 4WD Training (desirable)
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated success within a fast paced and flexible environment.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to liaise with individuals at all levels
• A positive attitude to work and desire to 'get the job done'.
• Have previously worked on sites/ familiar with site's lifestyle.
