Customer Value Partners (CVP) is a management consulting and technology firm that has served federal agencies since 2003. CVP NextLabs is our innovation engine, building AI-native products like Fifer that change how government operates. We are outcomes-obsessed, and serious about shipping software that matters.
About Fifer
Fifer is CVP's enterprise GenAI platform purpose-built for government. It runs entirely in a customer’s cloud environment with zero data leaving their control, swappable LLMs, patent-pending multi-agent RAG, out-of-box web apps, and support for API integration with 3rd party systems.
About the Role
CVP NextLabs is hiring a Software Engineer to build and scale the Fifer platform as the keystone of our GenAI operations. The main platform includes our web front-end, back-end, and supporting tools like Fifer Desktop.
The Hiring Challenge (Required)
We do not hire from resumes alone. Your interview will include building a small working app that solves a real problem. We want to see how you think, how you use AI tools as a development partner, and what you can make.
No cover letters needed. Your GitHub and your challenge submission speak louder.
