We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE Incineration units are seeking a Field Trainer-Rotary Kiln Incineration who will train/mentor new and existing employees for the Kimball Facility. This is a full-time, permanent position with our Company in Kimball, NE. Safety focused and career minded individual wanted! $30+ per hour DOE, paid weekly. Monday-Friday 5:30AM – 2:30PM. NO NIGHT SHIFTS OR HOLIDAYS!

• Teach employees multiple task according to site specific SOPs.
• Create, edit, and review Standard Operating Procedures + Job Hazard Analysis specific to area of operation
• Perform weekly Standard Operating Procedure and Lock Out Tag Out audits
• Conduct hands-on training sessions within the facility, including but not limited to new hire practical, single and 5-gas monitors, and mobile/lift equipment.
• Maintain training records
• Other duties as assigned
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills pertaining to pumps, valves, conveying systems, overhead crane operations, tank farm operations, and baghouse systems
• Equipment operation including forklifts, aerial lifts, pressure washers, vacuum trucks, and skid-steers
• Previous experience in an industrial atmosphere required, preferable waste management/material handling
• Proficient with Windows-based computer applications
• Leadership skills
• Ability to train/lead others
• An excellent commitment to Health & Safety
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work in team environment
• Mechanically inclined
• Valid Driver's License required
• Punctuality and attendance required
• Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
• Background check, drug screen and physical- required
